CHB website and WordPress.... AAAARRRRGGGG!

I HATE WORDPRESS! Why do they have to make it soooo complicated?

Im used to working my own HTML via Frontpage. So there I am, trying to update the CHB website and it makes no sence, everything is chopped up into little parts here and there, I cant change a whole page, I cant take things out of alphabetical order (the links are reeeeeeeally ticking me off) and I am pulling my hair out trying to format/put in tables/make things interesting to look at/update ANYTHING/delete things! There are sections of the webite I cant figure out how to get into, like the header areas... WHERE ARE THEY HELD????

Go the easy route and do a weebly site.
I have no clue about HTML and all that stuff, the weebly sites are so easy. You can still have your main domain name and very simple to update and change...

I am not a big fan of Weebly either. They are programs that you take some info and insert it into what they have already set up.

I like to have "artistic control" over my sites, be able to switch, swap, move, change, edit as I see fit, not as per how a preset template has it. Because I can work in HTML and have a great program that lets me WISIWIG much of it, I dislike the limitations of Weebly and Wordpress. They keep websites from looking like a little kid made them, but they are a pain too, for expample, with wordpress it seems that I have no choice as to the order of my links. They come up in alphabetical order regardless of what order I want.

Im in a crabby mood. grrrrr. Stooopid wordpress.....
