BLRW Rooster Needed ASAP - Pullets too

Need a BLRW roo sometime before March. Black or blue, no splash, as all my pullets are splash. Also may need some pullets/hens, as the ones from Mcmurrays are dropping like flies? LAST time I order anything from them...

Anyways, please let me know if you have anything. Willing to pay $, or trade for hatching eggs or chicks. See my website for list of my breeds available this year.

Shelby I have an extra blue boy here. He is quite stunning. He was a late hatch last fall, but is filling out pretty nicely. He does have a tail issue because he was attacked as a youngster, the only survivor out of his penmates, but he is growing the feathers in now so shouldnt be an issue.

I have 3 BLRW roosters here- 1 blue and 2 splashes.

I editted my previous post to read 2 splashes. I'm having enough fun with the roosters I've got without inflating the number to 21. Sorry.

Hidden, are you comming to the Feb. Wetaskiwin show next weekend? I think youre about a 6 hour drive from me, same as Survivor. Why are these things to hard to find LOL How far are you from Jeanie, Jayme? I might make a trip out to see her, maybe come by your way if youre not 10000 miles away lol Oh I hope youre comming next weekend My house number is 780 985 4233 if you are comming out this way.

I am not coming that way, but Birish is and would probably be coming by my place to get there, maybe if you wanted I could see if he would be willing to help with transport.

I have about 60 hatched and another 80 eggs in bator but only 1 day ro 3 weeks now

Sorry Jayme, hard not having the internet at home! Everything got sorted out. Unfortunatley he has very horrible wry tail.. not sure that Ill be using him for breeding. Ill have to see if he grows out of it! Hopefully, he has such nice color. Thanks again, hope it wasnt too much hassle for you

I told you he had an issue with his tail, I also showed you pictures of his tail. If you were around when I called I wanted to discuss this with you but could not get a hold of you.

I AM CERTAIN his tail issue is that of the attack I mentioned as well when he was young.

What? Im not mad at you Jayme I didnt remember reading anything about it. Im not worried about it Im very happy with him, like I said, its not his bones, just his tail. Oh and I dont have pics of his tail? Just that one of his head *shrug* Doesnt matter now, hes here! Im just gonna give him a month or so before putting him to his duties.. oh I feel bad now, didnt mean it that way!!

The pictures are on this post. One of his rear and one of his head. It says he was attacked as a baby and was the only one that survived that pen.
I just dont want people to think I will sell a Sh*ty rooster to someone without the whole story.

I had the chance to see him, his colourings are very nice.... I don't think his tail will be a huge issue.
He has a lot of Maturing to do still.


I might have to sneak one of my Splash hens into his pen one day when DSSR is not looking... hehehe
