Also keep in mind you can bath your birds with a Flea Shampoo. It gets rid of any critters. All though a regular delousing routine is a better bet.

KRL I did both. We eprinexed the entire flock 3 weeks ago, then when I am bathing the birds now we are using flea/tick shampoo. I did notice one hen had a few mites when I bathed her, same pen as the other 5 but only her with mites, so sometimes it doesnt work so well on all birds.
But she is bathed with Flea shampoo, looking great and had another dose of Eprinex to be safe. Dont want a buggy bird at the show. Smile

I put some on my husbands neck when he was sleeping.He should be clear for the banquet if anyone decides to sit with us tongue
