Just spreading the word.

People have been holding a demonstration called "Occupy Wall Street", since Sept 17, to protest corporate greed and fiscal inequality.

The odd part is that none of the mainstream media is reporting on it. Do a search. You get one article in the New York Times but it is more about the police training and their difficulties in handling this particular protests. The Washington Post also has a very short blurb about Michael Moore coming out in support of the protesters. Other than that, it's pretty much all blog reports. No CBC, no CNN... guess we know who is calling the shots eh?

Michael Moore was on mainstream news this morning, I assume because of who he is. He wants a "perp" line-up, lol, of the Wallstreet thieves. That would be funny if he could get that far. What is not so funny is being assumed too ignorant and dumbed-down by the mainstream news and status quo to think or be paying attention. The solution to most crimes is to follow the money.

Apparently the movement has grown to the point where the media is having a harder time pretending not to notice.

They seem to be applying just enough police pressure to keep the momentum going, plus it is now daily mainstream news, so they want it talked about. What's up, is this a way of displacing or using up the anger and outrage until the occupiers get too tired to "occupy", as in cold non-tent weather is coming? This is going to be a very interesting winter once those crowds disperse I think.
