Apparently, members are more than happy to pay for something to be removed that need not be there in the first place.
I look at it the other way. I would rather pay to have something added.
Members are more than happy to "help" this be a better place by spending 1 to 5 dollars to have ads removed, from this basic forum.
I would rather help in a way that ADDS content.
With current membership, we could all pay fifty cents, and have WCPS dot com and have COMPLETE control over the site with no ads EVER.
Now that would be helping. Not just throwing your money down the toilet.
The ads never bothered me. I just hate watching people needlessly wasting money when there are so many in the world that could make some use out of it.
