Where: Holdfast, SK Community Rink (about 50 minutes north of Regina, 40 minutes south of Watrous)
What Time: 10am - 2pm, vendors can arrive starting at 8:00, but please arrive by 9:30 at the latest to be set up and ready. Doors will be LOCKED to non-vendors until 10am, and we kindly ask inside trading and sales wait until 9:45 to give patrons the best opportunity to be involved.
Due to the Watrous sale shutting down, I have partnered with the Heartland Light Horse 4H Club to host the 1st annual Holdfast Poultry and Exotics Sale and Tradeshow on April 11th of this year. Tradeshow (non livestock related booths) will be located inside and upstairs if vendors prefer, and the livestock booths will be located in the Rink itself. We are planning on having a canteen and are currently in communication with some potential sponsors for the event.
Booths are $20, must be pre-booked, and can have power run to booths for animals needing warmth (First booked, First served). Vendors need to supply their own tables or plan on setting up without them. For a simple vendor form and where to mail cheques/who to address them to, please send me a private message with your email address.
