CHB Show Committee Planning Meeting Sat July 26th

Hello Everyone!

CHB is holding a Show Committee Planning Meeting this Saturday July 26th in Red Deer at All-In One Pet Care Facility from 1pm to 4pm.

If you are interested in lending a hand or helping organize part of the show please let me know. We will have a few more meetings if you are unable to attend this one.

We have many different areas in the show that need volunteers:

Egg Show / Rabbit Show / Banquet / Livestock Displays / Vendors / Kids Activities / Silent Auction ( Sue has offered to help out again this year!)
Decorating / Setup and Take Down and More!!

We are interested to hear your input!!

Thank you to all the people who came to the show committee meeting and to those who couldn't make it but sent a message about what they would be interested in helping with! Events like the Natonal Show couldn't happen without great Volunteers!
