That sounds delicious! I have never thought to make egg salad with pickled eggs!

Not sure what I am eating tonight as Doug has gone out to the grocery store and he could bring back anything.

However, I did have Heda Gobbler over last Friday for lunch and we dined on rabbit sandwiches made with minced rabbit spread on flatbread, sliced in little spirals, home made lemonade and fresh honeyberry cobbler!

It was my first Pickled Egg Salad and it was pretty good eggs alittle tougher from the Pickling
But added a different taste
The \Rabbit you and Heda had sounds good and Cobbler has me drooling LOL
Now I need to make some raspberry cheese

Wow, great sounding home made/grown food! We have reached the point where we pretty much provide all of our own food. Last night it was fresh caught trout and beet greens fresh out of the garden. Even though we grow enough potatoes to last us all year, we had rice last night...so I can't claim that the meal was completely self provided!

Sounds Good Farmer Bob and I understand on the Rice (grin) I love rice
Have a Friend up north that harvests wild rice I asked him to send me some
Of course I would eat it slowly

Really like this that people are really getting into eating what they grow and raise

We had soft tacos last night. The beef part was homegrown, I cheated on the rest. We are doing exterior renos this year, so I didn't plant a garden - the crew would be driving through my veggies!
