Yes, that is a cull from my show quality large fowl white Cornish.  And he was delicious!  The next one I try will be an old hen and she is destined for chicken and dumplings!

He was delicious! I moist roasted him in a countertop roaster for 3.5 hours. His skin is nice and brown from the spice rub.

What are the spices that you like to use on your dry rub? How old were the birds?

I used a commercial Txt Mex from the store and seasoned salt.
