My peahen just started to lay yesterday, I would like to incubate her eggs do I wait until she is done laying or do I take a egg a day after she lays it? She is in a pen so I don't have to go hunting for her eggs. This will be my first time incubating peafowl.

I would take them away, but I am not sure of the habits of peafowl if it will affect her laying or not. I would guess they are like any other bird and if you keep collecting she will keep laying longer. That way you can store them at the proper temperature and not worry about them being broken.
