Hi! ...need some advice. I have an Ameraucana hen that has a bare hind end below the vent, that is quite puffy. She's been like this for a while....seems to eat and scratch around with the other hens normal enough. I don't think she is laying...at least not consistently..

Is this "egg-bound"? ...what should I do?

Thanks,
Lee

Have you looked closely to see if she may have mites?
