We will have 1 doz + extra of our stunning Blue Orpington eggs to ship on Tuesday, May 24. The ladies are laying well and their eggs have been hatching well! We are getting mostly blue from this pen of all blue orpingtons with one black orp (she just started laying so the pullet eggs will not be included in the dozen). To date, we have hatched only 4 black chicks from these guys, the rest have been blues with some splash, also.
Poppa George is about 12lbs, and his ladies range from 6.5-8lbs. Their chicks have been healthy, robust little things that are growing very quickly.
