incubating prices

I am looking to buy a sportsman incubator and hatcher. Hubby is against the idea as he does not believe I need something this big. He says it will never pay for itself, so not worth buying. I am looking at possibly taking in custom hatching, and was wondering what people who do this charge? I am looking at doing it two ways, once I get a few more birds around here, they supply the eggs, or just selling a few chicks also. If anyone has any input please let me know, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I've seen an ad from alta. 1.50 in and 2.00 out. member here who does it.

There is a used set on Kijiji Saskatoon right now, incubator and hatcher for $800. That is a deal for sure. Even if you added in the digital command centre for the incubator you would be ahead.

I have seen $1 per egg in and $2 per chick out.
