Oh man, what a looker of things to look at again this morning. Butterboy, pictures are wonderful, opening that cage door was a goooood idea, shows all the bird, not birds through cage wires.

Of course, being a cochin lady, I particularly loved the pictures of the cochins. But what really struck me was your buff cochins, Kathy. Oooooh la, la. Now being a lover of the buff coloured birds (can you tell, smiling), surely, if I ever had room for another variety of cochin or breed of bird, that buff beauty would have to be the variety I chose. Boy, they honestly really looked so nice. Big and buff, such an awesome word.

Nice birds everyone, and congratulations to all that took awards and congratulations to that may not have, for bringing your birds there. Yay! Have a most awesome day, CynthiaM.

Numbers approximately - 500 Poultry/Waterfowl/Turkeys, just over 400 Pigeons and I had been told 250 Rabbits.

Next year they are aiming for bigger and better!
Though I hope that some people will stick around to help after - there were only about 10 people who were there to help with tear down and clean up. If everyone who hadn't had to travel had stayed for just 1/2 an hour it would have been cleaned up in no time.

This show is always the responsibility of owners to look after thier own birds.

This show is always the responsibility of owners to look after thier own birds.

maybe you guys can put that on the website for next year to ellaborate, as i saw allot of birds all weekend with no food or water?[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
just so us as the owners know! as there was a few of us who had no idea no one would go around and at least water the birds, i have NO problem whatsoever to do this for my birds!! Very Happy but it would have been nice to know so i could have some prepared and brought some food for them..... as the other shows i have been to do this... Smile unless it says this somewhere? Embarassed
