If you have seen "Fresh, the Movie" you'll remember Joel as the farmer who raises pastured pork, beef and chicken on a system of rotational pastures and not using pesticides or fertilizers. It is about healing the land, and I found the documentary incredibly inspirational. I am hoping I can make it to this presentation.
