Just as an update. The amount of bird related booths already booked is huge! If you want to bring birds to the sale, please book & pay for your booth asap. If not soon, we will be putting a hold on bird booths, and have to start a waiting list. We need to save booth areas for people with other types of animals and items!

Thanks for all the help getting this advertised, I know its early, but this is the only time of year that I have a couple spare minutes to sit on the computer. Please continue to spread the word, and advertise!

The sale is going to be fantastic this year, full house as far as booths, tons of advertising, huge mailing list. Support from several Radio stations, Tv Stations and maybe a bit of a publicity boost from a celebrity friend

Hello Everyone!
Just an update for the upcoming sale, time is flying by and it is approaching. Only 8 weeks left. Flyers (2000) will be mailed out this week.

As for booths. THERE ARE ONLY 9 LEFT! If you are planning on consigning please book, and pay for your booth sooner than later to avoid disappointment. There are a few payments/booking I am awaiting... which could wipe out the booths.

Once indoor booths are sold out, the only option will be to hope the weather is nice, and set up outside. We will take pre bookings on outside booths if needed, otherwise showing up is fine.

No booth reserved for you so far. If you do an etransfer, send it to my parents, my bank wont accept the funds.... The only booths that we consider saved, are the ones paid for. Anyone who has said they want one, but have not paid - you aren't on the list!!

Hi Ty, I have sent payment via email money transfer. The security answer has 5 letters in it and it is one word all lower cased. You will know what it is when you read the security question. Let me know if you have a problem retrieving it.

Oh crap, I sent it to the email address that I mentioned which was on your add. I will send another one to your parents email. I guess you must use a Treasury Branch or a credit union because they are the only ones who don't accept etransfer in Canada. All of the major Canadian banks take it at no cost to the receiver.

I have not received it here... maybe it takes a while. But if you dont mind, send it to my parents. Ya, I use Chinook Credit Union.

Yes, everyone can view where they are situated at the sale now. We managed to re arrange booths, and squish some here and there, and change the lengthxwidth, to widthxlenth and make use of more space. So instead of the 40 booths we normally accommodate - we can now fit 57.

So our booths will be long and skinny, instead of short and fat? LOL
I am going to have to figure out a new way to get everything in there...

haah exactly, they are the same size, just flipped.

So........ 15' width X 10' depth, or the other way around?

Other way. I modified the map, and added an example to the top.
