turkey question

I have one turkey about 8 mths old that has had
swollen sinus for months. I have given super boost with Pen G,
and Pen G by itself, then neo-chlor, and sprayed collidal silver into
nasels. Nothing seem to work. Now this bird does not have bubbles
in the eyes or any other signs of illness eats, drinks and is very active.

Any ideas????

I had this problem many years ago in my eastern wild turkeys. I used injectable Tylan and it worked. I cannot remember what dosage tho. Hope this helps good luck.

But can I ask where you would inject a turkey?
I have done injections on my goats and llamas but never
a bird. Or can you get Tylan for oral use?

Karona If I remember correctly I just put in the breast. Yes there is a powder based Tylan also.

You can get Tylan that you put in their water...water soluble tylan. That is what I use. Some vets will give it to you if you tell them it is for a turkey with sinusitis but I order mine from the states. I got mine from Jeffers but some have ordered it from amazon...not sure if amazon.ca has it.
