Pay close attention. This is a tricky procedure. You must be very careful so as not to follow any steps incorrectly or disastrous results may occur. Your equipment, a bucket and an iPhone.

Enter the sheep pasture.

Randomly place the bucket upside down in the field.

Sit on the bucket.

Put your iPhone on the camera setting and snap as many pictures as possible of momma sheep easily giving birth.

If bored while waiting, play 'Candy Crush'.

Send photos to friends and post pictures to your favourite forums.

Exit field, leaving bucket for the new lambs to play with.

I always just find the lambs in the morning. I assumed they budded.

Ah, Fowler. Like you, my theory was shot to he!! last night. But I am wondering about parthenogenesis though. The dates just don't seem right. The male wasn't even on the property until January 2.

I thought the owls brought them at night... they are always just there in the morning!

Shetland gestation is supposed to be five months less five days but with February always confusing things 145-147 days is more like it.

So where ARE the photos???
