I had a chick last year with a colour pattern like your Hawk Eye, Sweetened, but he was a blue Ameraucana. He looked very cool with that white face.

When I open this thread, the first thing I see is that beautiful eye of the chantecler, and still can't imagine how the buckeye and chantecler eye socket are so similar, beautiful pieces of work, both breeds. I miss my buckeyes, sigh.

Oh well, these pictures of the heads and eyeballs and sockets of the chooks are just so cool. I wish more people would get that bird on lap, or a good telephoto lens and get more head pictures. Geeze, the eyes, oh the eyes. Kind of reminds me of a Stephen King book I once read, that something or someone kept saying "the moon, the moon" or maybe it was a Dean R. Koontz book. The eyes, the eyes, the eyes. Come on, pullllleeeeeeze, get more bird head pictures, my forum friends. I wanna see, I wanna look. Have beautiful days, CynthiaM.

Well, rock my socks. Now when I open up that last thread, all I see if four beautiful rays of deep golden sunshine, all looking with their eagle eyes at the one that holds them on their lap. Clearly bantams, I know your lap would not fit four large fowl, smiling. Oh man, what a beautiful golden group of goldens, that was very, very nice to see, always bring on pictures Tara, you delight many a soul. Have an awesome day, CynthiaM.

Was taking photos of the bokkers today and "Pecky" here decided my cell phone needed to be investigated further. She's my daughter's favourite of the White Wimps Chanteclers we raised this year, so I kept her on as a layer despite her stubs.

Anyway, it kinda reminded me of this thread.
