They are beautiful grey geese, calm (although right now as it's breeding season a little protective Smile ) These are not exhibition geese but one of geese the French use for foie gras- sort of grey barnyard geese.

I have about twenty goslings of various ages (from 2-8 weeks old).

Only selling straight run.

$15 a gosling for older (more than 4 weeks)
10$ a gosling for under 4 weeks.

Email me at kincaic@gmail.com.

One of the adult birds.

I love my Toulouse geese! They have just started to lay for the year so you have done well to have eggs in the 'bator already! The geese are big enough not to worry too much about the smaller predators and love to wander about grazing even now. You should post a photo - they are a handsome breed!

I think they are lovely too (and I have eggs in the incubator and one of the girls is sitting on about 10 eggs)

I am having a VERY hard time not jumping on this offer Cathy. Ever since I met Heather's geese I've been stewing about getting a few for the yard. They would just LOVE it here!!

But alas my life is all about simplifying and keeping the critters to a utility minimum, and I don't know enough about how useful geese are to justify them.

So, whatever you do, don't start posting about all the good reasons for keeping geese, and how delicious they are, and what good bug or slug catchers they are. Oh no, better not do that okay? Twisted Evil

Oh, come on, FarmChiq! Best watch dog ever is a goose! Alarm system extraordinaire!

Get a goose, it will give your guests something to talk about as they try and keep it out of the hot tub!

Geese are good for lots of things.

I'm surprised how little work they are and how quick they were to recognize me. And very decorative!

I am on my way out to Kamloops this weekend and would go to Merritt with them, but that is still probably a good 3 hours away from you.

I am in Langley.  Just sent you a PM.  Maybe I could get a couple brought down for Katt. How big are they? How many would fit in a large dog crate?
