I would like to bring some birds and eggs, but I suspect that as usual I will be too busy putting on the event to actually take advantage of the opportunity myself.

What I would like to bring is...
3 African ganders
5 Pet silkies
Silkie hatching eggs
White Chanti hatching eggs
Black/blue/splash LF Cochin eggs

I might not have the time to get the birds all packed up,but I will be bringing a couple dozen Cochin, Silkie and Chanti eggs.

I need to free up some space, so I think I will mainly concentrate on bringing the oldest of this year's youths. I'll have splash and black Cochins, A few Wyandotte, Orpington and Chantecler pullets and cockerels. Most birds will be 12 weeks and older by mid-June. Vaccinated with non-shedding ILT. If anyone is looking for something younger let me know and I'll bring them along.

I will be bringing a small selection of polish to the sale.
Some will be pet quality and tame.
I don't have exact numbers yet but here it is, so far.

Young BC White Polish cockerels. These were bought at POPWA's spring sale. I believe the birds are now around 2 to 3 month old. I am re-selling the ones I am not keeping. These birds are only partially tame but they are becoming more calm with daily handling.

1 Adult WC Black Rooster from my stock. His name is Ribbon and is 1 year old. Has a comb sprig so is non-show quality. He is tame, can be handled. Is good around hens. I have not had him throw feet at me even when handling his hens.

3 mixed polish chicks from my stock born April 2012.
1 is possibly a dark golden and is likely a cockerel.
2 are splash blues. 1 I am positive is a pullet. The other I am thinking cockerel.
The dad to both splashes is a splash blue rooster. The pullet chick's hen is a White polish but I do believe she has the blue gene. The cockerel's hen is a WC Blue polish so has a very good chance of having the blue gene.
The pullet splash is hand tame and would make an excellent pet. The cockerel is a little skittish but shows curosity, has promise.

I also have one pair of mature birds but have not decided if I will bring them, at this time. The rooster is a Silverlaced, 3 years old, from Performance. He has a sprig comb and crossed beak. Occassionally throws feet but also likes to be held and pet. The hen is a Golden, 1 year old from McMurray. She has white tips in her pom.
I would only be willing to sell them if they will be kept as a pair. I don't want the roo discarded just to get the hen. Cheekers is a good roo, and is used to being kept to either a barn he can go into at will or a coop. He also has a natural back pom so has good eyesight.
If anyone is interested in either the roo or the pair, you can contact me before the sale and if I feel you can give them a good home, I will bring them to the sale.
Otherwise, I will not bring the pair to the sale.
