This isn't exactly livestock, and neither is it chicken, turkey, or waterfowl, but I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of someone who sells ringneck doves hopefully in central Alberta. My son has fallen in love with them, so I thought I would at least check it out. Thanks!

There are 2 breeders listed for Ringneck Doves in the POPWA website. Click the Breeder Directory tab...one is from Tofield, and one is in Burnaby BC.
