Have quite a few young Beltville Small Whites for sale. I'm not looking for "breeding stock" prices but will sell as pairs, trios, or single hens/toms. Won't accept orders for singles unless they are going to farm with other turkeys.

Price based on age and size at time of sale.

I've also got a few young bronze, but as I've been unable to locate unrelated Broad Breasted stock - i.e. not Rochester's line - these may be crossed with the Ridley strain.

I may be interested in a pair of hens if you have some that are breeding quality. What are your prices? Thanks Smile

I'm not sure what would indicate "breeding quality". My flock is healthy.

$20 each if transaction happens by Sept. 11. (that would give us an opportunity to set up a meeting at Qualicum Bay swap on the 11th. )

I think your website's 20 lb. estimate of dressed weight might be a little optimistic. An old tom, maybe..... I'm waiting for a scale to arrive and will see what my old toms and old hens weigh.

Main problem with Beltsville's is finding stock that isn't closely related.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm looking for two hens to complement my tom and current hen . They are fairly large at only 4 months old, I'm quite happy with them! I have been able to source out two different lines, however it's not been easy and I have incubated over 30 eggs to get only 7 poults to bring in new lines. I'd be looking for nice sized, straight legged, healthy, etc.

Thanks Smile

Seems this forum won't allow links until the person has been a member for over a week.
So I can't post a website address where you can see photos.

If you send me an e-mail message, I'll reply with photos of Beltsvilles.

Also, if you are anticipating having poults shipped to Alberta, it simply isn't practical to do so. May be able to send eggs for hatching next spring.
