New Here

I saw a plant on the DIY channel. It was being planted in New Orleans. It somewhat resembled a hosta, but was red, white, and green. It was 2 to 3 feet wide. It had a tropical look to it. I missed what they called it, but it definitely began with an S.

Any ideas on the full name?

All I can think of are Caladiums, but they don't start with an S. They come in all sorts of colours and sizes, but all are shades of white, red, green and pink. They are pretty popular in the South.
