Hi all, just a thought that I'm chasing... anyone know anything about small breed milk cows - good/bad/ugly? And where to get one? I'm in BC. TIA Smile

Dexter cows are the smallest actual breed of cow (not miniature), and they are considered dual purpose. They are about half the size of your standard beef cow. I am interested in getting one next year if I could find a cow/calf pair for a reasonable price. There was a fellow in Prince George area selling out his herd earlier this year but I wasn't ready at the time.
